Below is a selection of my roomboxes. The room with the red wallpaper is styled as a traditional Victorian dollhouse room. The Christmas shop features a cozy mix of handmade and collected items. The room with the green wallpaper belongs to a Victorian female researcher who loves nature, inspired by Beatrix Potter. The beige room is my antique shop, which houses all the miniatures that currently do not have another place. In the kitchen of my dollhouse, the resident is working on a scrapbook while enjoying a cup of tea. Finally, there is my witch shop, where Skelly the skeleton foretells the future and Heka the wicked witch tries to sell her wares.
Since 2023 I write articles for the Dutch magazine Poppenhuizen & Miniaturen (Dolls houses & Miniatures). This is a dream come true. I can combine the two things I love doing most, writing and creating and collecting miniatures.
If you collect or create miniatures or are considering doing so, I can recommend a subscription to this magazine.
